Cancellation Before Next Order

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed.

Cancellations must be completed before the renewal charge date to avoid being billed for the upcoming shipment.
Refunds & Returns

We do not issue refunds for subscription cancellations once an order has already been processed.

Refunds are only granted in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
