Peach Perfect Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Peach Perfect, we value your trust and want to make managing your subscription as simple and stress-free as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before subscribing.

Cancellation Before Next Order

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed.

  • Cancellations must be completed before the renewal charge date to avoid being billed for the upcoming shipment.


Refunds & Returns

  • We do not issue refunds for subscription cancellations once an order has already been processed.

  • Refunds are only granted in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

  • You can cancel anytime through your Peach Perfect account dashboard.


Important Notes

  • Cancellations apply only to future orders and do not retroactively refund previously processed or shipped orders.

  • Pausing or skipping an order may also be available in your account settings if you’d like more flexibility without fully canceling.
