My before and after picture tells it all(left yellow shorts is before, purple shorts after) I waited an entire month to give a review on this product. I love that this has added collagen and BCAA‘s. The pink lemonade flavor isn’t bad at all but I think I’m going to go with no flavor this next month so I can add it with my preworkout instead of take separately. I was afraid to quit taking my regular creatine so the first couple I took 5g of my regular creatine just in case but I quickly noticed I didn’t need it. The left is may when I started and the right is June 25th when I ran out. I also workout 6 days a week doing 3-2-1 method and one Russian leg day a week(ten sets of 10 reps)

My before and after picture tells it all(left yellow shorts is before, purple shorts after) I waited an entire month to give a review on this product. I love that this has added collagen and BCAA‘s. The pink lemonade flavor isn’t bad at all but I think I’m going to go with no flavor this next month so I can add it with my preworkout instead of take separately. I was afraid to quit taking my regular creatine so the first couple I took 5g of my regular creatine just in case but I quickly noticed I didn’t need it. The left is may when I started and the right is June 25th when I ran out. I also workout 6 days a week doing 3-2-1 method and one Russian leg day a week(ten sets of 10 reps)
